April 17, 2019, Deputy Consul General of China Ren Faqiang visited Alice Fong Yu Alternative School, and exchanged views with Principal Liana Szeto on education and people-to-people exchange between China and the USA.
Alice Fong Yu Alternative School is the first Chinese immersion public school in the USA. Established in 1995, the school is named after San Francisco's first Chinese American teacher, Ms. Alice Fong Yu.
