Deputy Consul General Ren Faqiang Attends "When East Meets West" Oil Painting Exhibition

On March 9, Deputy Consul General of China Ren Faqiang attended "When East Meets West: Hu Hung-shu and Hou Ning's Oil Painting Exploration in the U.S." exhibition held by the Silicon Valley Asian Art Center. California State Treasurer Fiona Ma and painter Hou Ning attended the event.
In his remarks, Ren pointed out that the exchanges between eastern and western artists have bore lots of fruits in art and promoted dialogue among civilizations. He appealed for people to further enhance exchanges between China and the United States and deepen mutual understanding.
