On May 1st, the opening ceremony of "The Night of Chinese Movies" was held at Bluelights Cinema in Silicon Valley. With attendance of Deputy Consul Bi Gang, Counselor Xiao Xiayong, and Mayor of Cupertino Gilbert Wong, the grand opening night drew much attention from social medias and Chinese communities.

While movie is an important part of people's life, it is also a platform for the cultural exchange between China and US.
