On September 5, Deputy Consul General Bi Gang attended Ningbo (Silicon Valley) overseas high level talents and project docking fair in Santa Clara. A recruiting delegation led by Mr. Wang Huizhong, Secretary of CPC Ningbo Committee, attended the event. About 400 specialists from silicon valley took part in the event, with 27 contracts signed.
