On October 29, 2008, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister He Yafei met with a delegation of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC) headed by Andrew Liveris, Chair of the U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC) & Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Dow Chemical Company. Both sides exchanged views on Sino-U.S. economic and trade relations, the global financial crisis and other issues of common concern.
