At the invitation of the Thai Government, Vice-Chairman Bai Lichen of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will start his visit to Thailand on October 31, 2006, and attend the opening ceremony of the International Horticultural Exposition for His Majesty the King "Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006" on November 1 in Chiang Mai on behalf of China.
